I am the female and I am only interested in sex or (get in need of sex) about once a month, how do I get more interested or become more in need of my husband - to have a better sex life?

i am female and i feel the same way. I dont think this is abnormal, in fact it is very common. The best way to improve your sex life is to simply do it more even if you dont feel like it, it will build your sex life back up. Also but some classy but fun videos to watch together, try new things to spice it up For both of you.

I have been sayin this for a month now to almost any one, the thing is you know yourself and know what it is that turns ya on, remember when first starten out w/ him go there again just cause got family and stuff ya can still get wild, go out and have somewhere an old hang out of youguys is good try the I would like to try but dont know if will like wont know till do, there are thousands of ways just start usen your younger side it really does work

Thing is... You don't NEED to be in NEED of your husband. Just let yourself go when he initiates, and you'll see, by minute three, you'll be singing like a bird!
Also, great sex is even better after long foreplay. Tease him, and let him tease you. It's fun to be married, isn't it???

be open to new things, buy some toys and things that can make it more exciting, just try different positions and such and you may find something you really enjoy and then you'll want it all the time.
