I am a Taurus man. Although I do not follow Astrology, I'm told I am 100% Taurus.

We are passioinate and would give our lives for our loved ones. We are honest and artistic and very emotional. We do, however, keep feelings bottled up and then explode in an emotion rage when we can't take any more.

We love to be cottled but see things "our" way, so even if you can pry out what's bother him - YOU can't resolve it. The Taurus man will either absorb it or explode with emotion (positive or negative).

I hope this helps.

Married a Taurus man 23 yrs ago. I'm a Capricorn and apparently we're very compatible. My sister-in-law is also a Capricorn and she is now married to a Taurus man (both men have the same birth date)
Taurus men are VERY bull-headed, hard-working, loyal, seem to have a good sense of humor but very much like to be in control of things. While they appear tough to the outside world they are quite sensitive, and can get their feelings hurt easily.
If you're a Capricorn I would say, give him a chance, Taurus/Capricorn are very compatible signs.

Taurus and Taurus When two Taureans come together, it's a very stable relationship. It can be secure and comfortable, and both partners like to spoil the other. Taurus can respect a partner's desire for life's little luxuries, because they have the same need. Both partners are charming, graceful, and dignified. At times, however, they can be stubborn and opinionated. It's important for them to learn to agree to disagree, recognizing that their relationship is too good to jeopardize with minor arguments. Taureans are blessed with strong willpower and commitment. While they may have a slow courtship, rarely rushing into a relationship, when they commit themselves to then partnership they dedicate themselves fully. Because of this devotion, the Taurus-Taurus pair may be more possessive of each other than most. Nothing is more upsetting to these partners than unfaithfulness. But because both partners are so dedicated to each other and the relationship, and because Taureans tend to be very reliable, cheating is rare. Taurus is ruled by the Planet Venus. When two people with Venus energy come together, it can be love at first sight. Both partners are highly romantic and loving, and they never tire of physical contact and touching. They are highly sensual and both enjoy pampering. Emotional security is very important to them, but when this is guaranteed these partners enjoy indulging each other. Sometimes they may be lazy, becoming overly relaxed in the moment, but generally they work very hard to maintain the lifestyle of luxury that they prefer. Taurus is an Earth Sign. These partners are quite literally the gardeners of the Zodiac, and when this combines with their mutual love of beauty they often become dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful gardens and landscaping. Earth Signs are also about possessions, and the Taurus-Taurus partners usually surround themselves with beautiful things -- a lovely home, artwork, luxurious fabrics, expensive cars. Their desire to be financially secure and their love of luxury ensures that the Taurus couple will share a great deal of ambition. Taurus is a Fixed Sign. In a Taurus-Taurus combination, both partners tend to persevere when working toward their goals. If they have a plan, they'll stick to it until the desired end has been achieved. They usually share a distrust of change, preferring life to be stable and steady. Once they have made up their minds that the relationship is a good one, they will devote themselves to each other. But if they have differing ideas, they may find themselves in a never-ending battle of wills. If they understand they're working together for a common goal, than anything will be possible for this pair. The best aspect of the Taurus-Taurus relationship is their incredible loyalty to each other and their dedication to continuing romance -- no matter how old the relationship is. This is a strong, stable, and secure relationship. Their mutual love of romance and comfort makes theirs a highly demonstrative and devoted relationship.

Taurus men can be very stubborn and opinionated, especially if they believe they are right.
Many times they are not very open about sharing their feelings about things, that matter to them the most. It does not necessarily mean that they are being sneaky or deceptive, it simply means that that is their nature.

They can be very kind, loving, and thoughtful, and at times will give a gift with no special occasion in mind. They are usually honest, sometimes to the point of being painfully blunt. They enjoy the company of other people, but do equally well alone. Some people born under this sign tend to be thinkers and introverts. They are often good money managers, but can be a little controlling at times.
They can also be a little-short tempered if they feel they are being nagged or pressured, or if they feel they are not being trusted.

They are also very loyal and devoted to the people they love.

I am a Taurus Woman and I would say because we have a sensitive Ego we think about other peoples feelings before our own.

Signs of the Zodiac Taurus

Your element: Earth

Your ruling planets: Venus

Symbol: The Bull

Your stone: Emerald

Life Pursuit: Emotional and financial security

Vibration: Determined energy

Taurus Secret Desire: To have a secure, happy and wealthy life/marriage.

Description:
Underneath their cool, calm and collected exterior, Taureans differ greatly from all the other signs of the zodiac. Taureans manage to discreetly stay apart from the crowd, even though they have a well-earned reputation for being socialisers. They will let others get close, but only so close as they want them. Some claim that trying to get your point across to a Taurean, should they not want to hear you, is rather similar to talking to the trees – they simply won't budge. And, there is no such thing as an open-book Taurean. Their feelings, fears and desires often run far deeper than anyone around them would guess. Like the butterfly that chooses to remain hidden in its cocoon until it is ready and prepared to emerge, so the true Taurean spirit remains hidden behind a veneer of day-to-day activities. That's why Taureans are sometimes regarded as snobby, withdrawn, boring, or even sulky. The truth is, when Taureans manage to operate very adequately on their own form of automatic pilot, they can switch off from the world around them very efficiently. And when they do switch off, they are actually gathering in their inner reserves to deal with the outside pressures. This sign is also very closely connected to 'feeling good'. Most Taureans like their creature comforts and hate change because it takes them out of their automatic pilot condition of separating themselves from the world around them. Because they hate to be put in jeopardy of any kind, this is the sign that strives to create tomorrow in advance, rather than leave it to fate. In love, Taureans are regarded as extremely sensual beings. An earth sign, they deal well with the personal, physical senses and consequently all the pleasures associated with what they can see, touch, smell and taste, add up to a special delight to them. Often nature and pet lovers, Taureans are closely associated with all things off the earth and nature.

Love & Blessings

The Taurus man

The bull is an extremely masculine animal, and the Taurus man can incline to the macho end of the masculine spectrum - partly because the sign is so physical, and partly because Taureans are so sensitive to the collective roles which society expects of them. The Taurus man is apt to collect the accoutrements of what society deems masculine, from clothes to gestures to good old-fashioned caveman possessiveness.

Some Taurean men are preoccupied with their appearance, and they'll spend a lot of money and time on the right Rolex watch, the right car, the right silk shirt, the right scent and the right haircut. That may not seem macho in the usual sense, but then, look at the animal kingdom: it's the males who do all the preening and showing off with manes and bright feathers and huge flowing fins.

Other Taurean men are dedicated pursuers of all that is in harmony with nature, and you may have to give up caffeine, nicotine, preservatives, battery eggs, cosmetics made with animal experiments, clothes made with anything except natural fibres, and even those slug pellets which keep the nasty creatures off your favourite delphiniums - all in the name of inner and outer serenity, cleanliness and harmony. Whatever his values, the Taurus man believes in them strongly and deeply, and approaches his relationship with his body and with material reality with obsessive determination.

The strong, silent hero is a Taurean figure. He's usually terribly attractive, even if not in the conventional, regular-featured way, and also very comfortable in, and proud of, his body. Often he's beautifully dressed. This reflects one of the Taurus man's most pronounced traits: vanity combined with a demand for quality, otherwise known as "good taste".

Powerful passions are also apparent in many Taurus men. If you like strong sensuality, Taurus possesses it in abundance. But stay away from emotional game-playing and verbal innuendoes. Taurus men can be infuriatingly simple and wilfully, deliberately obtuse when they get that unpleasant feeling that you're trying to change them. When they don't wish to understand something, they just block it out. They tell you you're being unreasonable, irrational or silly, or they smile sweetly and walk away, impervious to storms of tears and verbal abuse.

It has to be said that the Taurus man can be smug. Yet when you're in a mess, he can be a rock of strength, calmness and common sense. He probably won't understand the mess, but he believes that everything should have a simple solution, and most of the time he's right - and he'll find it, no matter how complicated you thought the problem was.

Be careful not to betray him. Expecting understanding in such circumstances is pointless. This man can exhibit a disturbing propensity for double standards. A fling, if he's the one indulging in it, may truly mean no more to him than an expensive meal. If you're the one indulging in it, think again. If he loves you, then you belong to him, and that's that. No argument. Betrayal is one of the few things which will bring the sleeping volcano to eruption point and unleash that terrifying Taurean anger.

The Taurus man is terribly vulnerable where his pride is concerned - especially his pride in himself as a lover - and if he's pushed too far, he's quite capable of throwing you and all your belongings out of the house and never speaking to you again. Unchanging is unchanging, in love or hate. He'll remember injuries for a long, long time, although, to be fair, he'll also remember support and loving gestures for an equally long time.

Taurean men can be incredibly, overwhelmingly indolent. Their idea of relaxation may be a can of beer in front of the TV watching "Match of the Day", while you have more glamorous things in mind. The Taurus man loves being spoiled, and often takes it as his due. However "New Age" and enlightened he may claim to be, deep down he's conventional. But his ability to make his loved ones feel truly safe is a rare strength and a highly attractive quality in an age when nothing seems safe any more.

I am a Taurean man, I think that Taurean men can be very stubborn and opinionated. They are highly sensitive and caring, they are good listeners and are symapthetic and empathic too. They are often stubborn, I have never met a Taurean that wasn't - I myself am stubborn at times.

Taureans are very loving and thoughtful, they put others before themselves, which is what I do and am told by so many people to think about myself for once. They would give an arm or leg to help someone in need. They are very compassionate and strong minded in any type of situation. They are protective of those close to them especially family, friends and loved ones. Taureans are giving, they are generous beyond need.

They are honest and forward - often the reason why many other star signs clash with Taurus. They enjoy the company of other people and are sociable and sometimes outgoing, but they enjoy their own company. Taureans are deep thinkers and can sometimes be introvert and self indulgent.

Taureans are often patient or impatient, short or long tempered, if they feel they are being nagged or pressured, or if they feel they are not being trusted they can fly off the handle or be reserved and quiet.

Taureans are strong and independent - just like thier sign the bull represents. You can trust a taurean as they are strong willed, protective and faithful, they believe in others and themselves with a passion.

Taureans are very intimate people, especially men. They are forthcoming and aim to please. Sexually, Taurean men have a high sex drive and are easily excitable. They like to play games and like to be intimate and pleasing. Tuarean men are submissive and like to do what their partners want and enjoy. This branches off their caring and generous nature.

Taureans do tend to keep things to themselves, especially things that are of a sensitive or upsetting nature, they don't speak out about things for fear that they would upset others and themselves. They can be secretive and can be over-reactive too.

They are loveable and funny as well as quite determined to do anything they decide to do.Taurus are very manipulative people who can lure you very easily for anything, and are also very careless in life but very clever in money matter as they are the most materialistic people of all. He is stingy and cautious about his own spending. He gives you love for what you have but won't care you the very next second if you are out of the cash. They are fickle-minded people and can never stick to one gal for love and can change anytime for money. They get carried away by someone who is financially sound. So, just stay away from this money minded selfish creature or you may regret soon.

they are sweet and helpfull they take their time in whatever deciscion they mey make, unexpectedly humurous if they are around someone they know can take a joke. once you have them as a friend you always have them as a freind. and if they like you and you tell them tings they have a tendacy to remember what you have told them. if they have secrets they will not tell you no matter how much you ask them so i would suggest that you respect that aspect of them or you may end up making them mad which tends to take alot to piss them off.
