USAA has banking....they are primarily and insurance company, but offers great banking products...it takes 5 min to establish checking/savings online...very easy.....free checks for life, Mastercard logo check/debit card, if you use the card as credit each time you purchase, they return i think 20% of the purchase price back to your account and they refund ALL atm fees no matter who the atm belongs to...you don't have to file for them, they do it automatically......also...they are based in San Antonio TX, so if you aren't in the area.....you can make deposits by mail, or at ANY UPS store...i know that sounds weird...but it's so freaking easy....give it a try!!!, oh, and completely free online bill pay with them also

U need to sign documents to open an account. Clent verification is very much necessary. However many banks will send their representatives to your office/residence for this task.
If u are outstation and need to open a bank account in another city, I think it is not possible. Try opening an account in the city u are and then get it transferred.

Locate a local bank in the area and contact them. Ask them, "you do provide an opening of a new account through their online services."

Perhaps, if you are disabled or restricted by transportation these services are available.

If they can not assist you, ask them provide information of the banks or credit unions that can.
