I think that says enough!
Either he's gay and doesn't want anyone to know, he's messing with everyone because everyone wonders about it, or he doesn't even know for sure yet.

As far as I know, no.
But, I don't know him. The only one who knows for sure is him, and possibly his close friends.
And I don't think it matters if he is or not. And frankly, it's no one else's business either.
