To understand what needs to be understood? only you.... sounds like you need to understand what the problem is but you dont even kno how to understand to understand (if that makes sense) so to understand the understanding, first ask yourself the who what where when why how...etc.... questions.... these will help to clarify what you need to understand.... then the understanding... which is a simpler sprocesss.... all you neeed to do is observe all possible data/conclusions/solutions and chose the most likely one and come up with an answer and a reason
