Nicolas Cage is starring in it along with Michael Pena, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Maria Bello & Gary Stretch. I saw the Dateline show on Friday 07-21-06 about the movie & how Oliver Stone had the two guys the movie's about on set to help with the realistic aspects of that disaster. I'm going to see the movie. Of course, we'll NEVER forget 9-11 & our HEROS will live on forever in our hearts & minds. What are your opinions of this movie?

I think the important thing to remember is that this movie isn't some big political movie about what happened. It's about two guys and their families and what they went through that day. I'm going to go see it because it's full of great actors and Oliver Stone is a great director, and because I think this movie might open people's eyes for those who didn't personally lose someone that day(myself included). I can't imagine what those families had to go through and are still living with. God bless!

Any Oliver Stone movie is a must see. With Nicolas Cage in the cast and the story being about 9/11.... all the more reason to see it!

I dont know why there are all these movies coming out about 9/11. I will personally never forget the horror of that day, as Im sure most americans wont. Why do we need a rehashing of all those old feelings??? I do like Oliver Stone and hope that the protrayal of these men honors them.

I would definitely see movies like World Trade Center and United 93, but in the privacy of my own home so that I can deal with my own emotions. I don't think that Hollywood is capitalizing on the tragedy. I think there are many inspiring stories that came out of it. These stories deserved to be told.

No way, this is ridiculous. We don't need a movie to remember what happened, especially with Cage. You kidding me with that?? Nicolas Cage???

We should remember in our hearts, not on film. That's not what film is about. Especially when people are making money off of disaster (United 93). Blows my mind...

I may later on, however I do think it's pretty low for movie-makers to commercialize tragedy like this. It's still too fresh in my opinion. Waiting a couple years would make it more of a historical film, and would be kinder to those who lost loved ones.

yes i will go see it. oliver stone makes incredible movies (doors, jfk) to name a few. this movie needs to be seen and even though we will NEVER forget what happen on this day, it is good to have a movie where we can show other generations what this country had to go through to survive.

It will be hard to watch. I want to see it...but I'm affraid it may be too soon for this movie to come out. Just watching the trailer hit me pretty hard. I might have to wait for this one to come out on video so I don't have to worry about being a tough guy in public.

It will be really hard to see it because of the memories that will be stirred up, but I think it would also be interesting to see what went on on the ground. All we saw was what was in the air.

I can't, cried during the trailer for it. I don't think I could sit through the whole movie crying my eyes out. But it does look good!
