My Dad has cancer for the 2nd time in 2 years. He has undergone radiation, surgery & chemo starting in a month. I'm hoping someone in BC Canada could help me send my folks on a little weekend getaway in BC. Nothing fancy...just a little something that would bring some happiness to them.

The "Make A Wish" foundation might be able to help you. type Make A Wish on the internet. I'm sure they must have a website.

I can not help you with this. We are in the states and I do not know about the programs up there. However I just wanted to wish you good luck. About five years ago we were in a similar situation with my grandpa. Right after we found out that he had cancer for the second time and did not want chemo again we took him on a trip to NYC and then up to Niagara Falls. He had a wonderful time it was a great time for all of us and wonderful memories.
I would try contacting local agencies and just seeing what your options are in your area. Or even seeing about having a fundraiser etc.
