Have you ever noticed, that when you stay up all night, and have gotten NO sleep, you actually feel sick to your stomach and delusional and weird. But if you went to bed at a normal time, and slept all night long, and got up and went about your day, and later that evening, you just feel tired. Not sickening tired, just tired. Why is that? I can tell the difference in my body and how I feel when I stay up all night, and being tired, than just being tired. I don't know if that makes sense, but whatever. :)

Yes! I always feel nauseated when I don't get any sleep. I can't think or function or do anything! I think sleep is more important (or just as important) than food and water.

this is because your body needs to rest....if it misses rest then it cries out and lets you know that you need to slow down such as an upset stomach..
