I have a loose skin from being pregnant 3 times in 4 years. How can i get my skin a little firmer. I know i'll never be skinny again but a little firmer would be nice. Without cosmetic surgery.

Ahh,bless.Just consider it a jelly belly which ,if it wasnt 4 that, you wouldnt have your lovely child!I have one too,but have more important things to think about! But if u really want to get rid of it then sit-ups are the only option[i couldn't be bothered!]
and you will find that some men do like a wee curvy belly anyway!thats how u sort the men from the boys!

without cosmetic surgery, working out will help tighten your muscles, but obviously not your skin. But hey, we can't all be Victoria B and ping back into shape. I'm sure you're a great mum and that your kids love you just the way you are and if your fella doesn't, then he's not very nice, is he?
I learned to be happy with my body, my belly flops and my chicken wings flap, my eyes are a bit saggy and the laughter lines are now real crows feet. But it is what is inside that counts and the sooner everyone sees that, then the happier we will ALL be!

you can not get the skin firmer, you can only get the muslues underneath the skin firmer. If you could get skin firmer then you'd be rich! Old people would flock to you. But really that is there to stay unless you get surgery..sorry

It depends a lot on your age, the amount of weight you lost, and your physical fitness level before having your children.

Somehelpful tips to try to regain some of your pre-pregnancy figure:
Make sure you drink at leat 8 - 8 oz glasses of water a day, so tht your skin will have enough fluid it in so it stays elastic, and also try doing some toning exercizes in your problem areas.
Also some skin creams and lotion that contain Vitamin E, will help the overall look of your skin.

use some common sense here. if u fill the space that had some thing in before what do u think will happen now? depending on ur age ur skin will bounce back to a certain extent.most of what u can do will not cost much.i know it is not fun to do PT[physical training] by ones self. so enlist a friend.they're are products to help u the skin problem.be thrifty.

Loose skin especially on your tummy is not going to firm up.You need a tummy tuck to remove the loose skin.

Working out is the only solution.
Weight lifting, pilates or yoga.
Maybe lotions or massages.
