Just make sure you get folic acid in your diet. You can even start taking pre-natal vitamins if you want too. Those will give you the right balance of nutrients for when you do conceive.

It shouldnt matter too much. Just try to avoid the spicy foods, a little, and dont drink any alcohol or use any drugs. In fact, aside from tylenol and sudaphed, ask your Doctor if your medications will adversely affect your ability to conceive. I would do a little research on any medications and vitamin supplements youre taking, just to be sure there are no adverse pregnancy affecting side effects.

Oh and dont listen to the old wives tales about eating pineapples. You would have to eat like 3 medium pineapples a day for like a week in order to supposedly cause a miscarriage, so its very unlikely that this can harm your chances of getting pregnant.

Just keep everything in moderation, and avoid doing the things that pregnant women shouldnt do.

What foods you eat has nothing to do with conceiving. It is good to eat healthy and avoid junk food, fast food, and soda but that is only if you want to be in good health when trying to conceive. It is possible to start taking pre-natal vitamins to ensure a healthy pregnancy. What really matters is what you eat when you are pregnant. Since everything that enters your mouth goes to the baby, that is when you should eat healthy and avoid smoking and alcohol. If you do not take pre-natal vitamins then definitely take a Folic Acid supplement to ensure a healthy baby.
