i dont get the question "you dont want to not vote for..... i dont get that stuff ......how do you explain or answer "you dont want to not

It means that you shouldn't miss out on. That people are trying to get you to vote for that person without actually saying (or being obvious) you should vote for this person.

not every one can type well or just express themselves well in english,mind you some of us just learn it from school and here we are required to do it in english.

probably means you dont want to vote or
you dont want to miss out on voting....
