depends on the breed to what trpes of insects they prefur
at the college i go to we feed our fire belly toads and green frogs (i cant rember exactly what they are) small sizes criskets every couple of days.
we also dust them in vit powder to make sure they are getting all the vits they need

They commonly eat flies or insects you can try grass hoppers at petco for 5 cents each. BYE!
