That's a good question. Obviously you are looking for a 2006 Harley Davidson Twin Cam 88 Bottom Balanced motor for a Softail frame. Some folks will start saying it's your fault that they don't understand what your saying when it in reality, they don't have a clue. The casting number on Harley motors have nothing at all to do with the part numbers.
You may want to consider using the Screaming Eagle heads for roughly the same cost. However, you will not find the SE heads in the 2006 General Parts and Accessory catalog due to emission laws.
Back to your question, the OEM head part numbers depend on the front or rear head as well as silver or black. Here is your answer:
Front 16716-99 silver
rear 16717-99 silver
front 16722-99 black
rear 16724-99 black
all of these heads include the valves and seats. Good luck.
