It takes a great deal of practice to do that. Finding those who don't need much practice is very rare. You can practice to get a photographic and eidetic memory. However, it will only make you better at that particular skill that you are practicing. It wouldn't give you a better memory all together.

You will be amazed to know that you actually remember everything that you have done from childhood to today, so much so that you actually remember the number plates of the vehicles you have seen on your way to office(even if you did not noticed them).

That is the fantastic capacity of the human mind. The only problem is to recall it at the right time. This can me achieved by, what is know as the mind training regime and long hours of meditation.

in the end of ur day ,when u go to sleep ,try to recall everything wat all u did in that particualr day (including food u eat,place u visited...etc) . this will increase ur memory power. this is the proven result.i read somewher
