Diets do not work. Try life style changes. Eat healthier and excercise. Drink ice water. Weight watchers is a good plan. You learn how to eat properly for life. You do not need to buy special foods or products. The key with weight watchers is to learn and eat what foods are high in nutritional value and not going to add extra weight. This plan allows you the comfort of eating anything you want if you want to sacrifice the points. The more and more you eat healthy and know what to eat and how much to eat, the easier it gets. When you eat healthier, you have more energy and therefore, become more active. It is a lifelong change, not a quick fix. Healthy weight loss should be only 1 or 2 pounds a week. Do not become obsessed with the scales. I suggest not weighing yourself and obsessing on a number. Eat healthier, and get active and you will get to a healthy and ideal weight for you.
