so like i said, it's head was shaped like a hammer.. and it has a yellow stripe on its head, too. its a very weird turtle.. do u have any idea what kind of turtle it is?

Belly color? Red or red/orange would be a Painted turle. Yellows and greens would be various cooters and sliders.
What do you mean by 'hammer shaped head'? It might have some ear infections or abscesses.
