Go to START then RUN the type regedit and hit enter.

Find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and then SOFTWARE. The lock my folder directory should be under Software. Delete that entire folder. Try reinstalling the program again.

There is no hack or a way to unlock your folders because you relied on an external software to lock it for you. You will have to get that program back on your computer to undo it.

I cant email you back cuz your email is unverified. Verify your email address so that I can give you more directions.

Sorry the only way to unlock it is to use the same program. When you install the program, it checks to see if you already installed it before. It finds a key in the registry to check if your computer has already used this software before so that people dont constantly download and install the product for free. I was trying to help you delete it from the registry so that it thinks you are a new user.

You need to go back to the website where you download and find out the main file name. For example, when we go into OFFICE folder, there are programs called Microsoft Word...Microsoft Excel etc. You need to find the COMPANY name of the software that you download. I dont think the company's name is Lock My Folder. Go back to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and under the Software directory, try and find the folder that the program belongs to and you need to delete that folder. Also do a search for that file name and delete everything.
