Your period *can't* be 2 weeks late every month. It sounds like your cycle length has changed. If your cycles are now about 42 days long, the first thing you should do is determine if (and when) you are ovulating. The most accurate way to do this is to chart signs of fertility. Read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler for details on how to do this.
Next thing to do, if you don't trust your current doctor, is to find a different one. Instead of looking for a doctor who spends her/his free time answering questions on a Web site like Yahoo Answers (and how would you even know if the person answering really *is* a doctor or not?!), look for someone in real life with real credentials.

I'm really sorry you're going through this. I know how frustrating that can be.
I'm not a gyno,so I won't give you any medical advice. But, have you tried going to peeonastick.com? It's a site that has a lot of ovulation/fertility info and it is "light hearted" and fun. It sounds like you could really use something like that right now.
Try to relax a bit. The minute I started to relax was the minute I got pregnant. I know it's easier said than done, but the anxiety you're feeling could have everything to do with why you're not concieving.
I wish you the best of luck!!!

Stop trying. Go on vacation. Have some fun. Be romantic. When the time is right, it will happen. But your still not pregnant in a year or so, I'd reccommend you start by checking his sperm. More often than not, it's the sperm that's the culprit, and the test for him is much less difficult and expensive than if is for the woman to have fertility testing.

4 months is not long at all to be trying. I have been trying over 3 years. it takes time and patience. If you are that concerned go to the doctor, but more than likely he/she will just tell you that if you're not pregnant within 13 months to come back in. Cause anytime before that is normal. It takes time!

Do not be frustrated and pessimistic so early. March to July - hardly 4-5 months. Is it not so?
Try to download OVULATION CHARTS from some good website and follow same. Have faith in God - seek his blessings too - you will be blessed shortly.

I realy feel for you, as they joy of every married adult is having children. With God all things are possible as God in the Bible told "to them that believe all things are possible" just relax your mind and trust God you will get pregnant and become a joyful mother.
