US never moved indians to Mexico. US just pushed them around till most died off or stayed in Oklahoma. We never kicked anyone to Mexico. When US took land from Mexico, the land was sparsely settled and most likely we let those people stay such as the ones already in California. Most Modern Mexicans' ancestors never even set foot on those lands. The lands belong to us through treaty and they agreed no Mexicans enter US illegally. Israel got those lands by treaty as well and the Palestinians have no say because they were under British control at the time and the British granted them present-day palestine.

Historically Americans under your rule should be able to return to Europe, and Africa, and Asian and reclaim their land.
The area you speak of was not mexican but spainish occupied first and than french occupied.(hint there never no mexican indians mexico is the name of an area so named by it's spainish discovers). most of mexico's northern section was occupied by indians forced out of north america by other indians or spainish treasure hunters). Our goverment brought it legally from France. Every nation of people on earth occupied land they took from another some time or the other.
Nearly all american indians occupied land they took by conflict from another tribe so your're way out in left field.
Great Britian was occupied by nearly naked savages when the Romans occupied it with an arm force of people from all over the known world and the make up you see in Britian today are most ancessors of that invading force. So should they all have to leave.

Another thing you might consider is that for over 200 years the Us goverment has allowed all fossil bones handed over to various indian tribes ( to be distroyed to keep a well known secret that indians were not the first peoples here) regardless of their genetic make up to keep their claim of being first.

Actually, recent archaeological discoveries of skeletons that are of European descent have been found in America and have been dated several thousand years before any descendants of the American and Mexican Indians. According to your mangled logic, this would mean that the American and Mexican Indians were trespassing on European property and that the European immigrants were "really just coming home."
