How reliable is Russ Dalbys cash flow note system advertised on TV ?

I met Russ Dalbey and I think is system is good for a beginner and can work. The note business is real and a good business to be in and Russ is not a bad teacher but this business takes work and studying and dedication. It is not easy but like any business can be very profitable.
