OMG, what is going on in your family that everyone is having twins!!! LOL. I have twin nephews myself, it's a lot of work, so good luck to you all! As for the names:

- Charlie/Paige -- I like Paige, but Charlie, not so much
- Mycole and Maekaela are a little bit ethnic for my liking
- Sarah Elizabeth is pretty, but very basic
- Love Kaylie & Haylie, that spelling (the other is weird and will cause issues throughout school, etc)

Wow! That's a lot of babies... atleast they won't be bored growing up...
Ok, regarding the names:
1. Charlie sounds too old but Paige is nice,
2. Mycole I've never heard of and don't like, Maekaela is nice but should be spelt differently. Maybe something like Micayla. Something simpler.
3. Sarah Elizabeth is good
4. I like Kayla and Haylie. Kaylie and Haylie sounds kinda silly. Just 'cause their twins doesn't mean their names have to rhyme.

Plus you should always think about them as adults with names and not just give them cute baby names.
Congrads on all the babies and good luck with naming. I know how hard that can be!

I like the names Charlie and Paige but whats with the spelling of the other names? Why can't people just spell names the way they sound, you may want to be different in they spelling of your childs name but think about how your child has to go through life with that name. Spell it Kaylie and Haylie and for get about Mycole and Maekaela. Being different isn't always the right thing to do

Sarah Elizabeth is a beautiful name. Charlie and Paige are very nice.
Don't give twins names that are so similar (Haylie and Kaylie, which are way too common right now anyway) They will want distinct identities, even if they love being twins and trying to fool people. And don't give kids names with such "original" spellings like "Mycole" "Maekaela". They may seem creative to you, but it will just give the kids headaches the rest of their lives. Stick with Michael or Michelle (but DON'T give them such similar names, even if they are of opposite sexes...again...make them each feel unique).

i prefer charlie for a girl. paige is eh, ok. i don't know how to say mycole. maekaela is ok, weird/hard spelling, no one will ever get that right. sarah elizabeth is too royal for my liking. kaylie and haylie are the spellings i'd prefer, but i dislike twins w/rhyming names. thanks for asking for opinions. i have an unusual name and trust me it is so annoying going through life w/noone ever being able to pronounce it let alone spell it. so my word of advice, choose easily pronounced and spelled names. that's a lot of babies coming into the world. have fun.
