weather.com (the Weather Channel) is what I usually use. Or weatherbug.com. Those are the best two I've found.

If you're in the US... www.weather.com. Avoid accuweather at all costs. Not only are their forecasts marginal (like all I guess) but the owner is a jerk and treats his employees like dirt

http://www.weather.com covers more cities than anyother site. they also have a thing you can add to your homepage in the tools section at the top right side of the sceen
