You can't get pregnant that way but their is always the probability that he could have touched something that is not clean (for example a doorknob in a restaurant)
A lot of women are very sensitive and get infections very quickly!!!
And... I have to agree - the fact that you are asking this question means that you are too young to have sex at all... but if you have sex, remember to use a condom!!!
You can get pregnant (via penetration, normally not by heavy petting) even if it is your first time!!!

you could get an infection. depending on what was on his hands. but DEFINATELY won't get pregnant. if the infection got bad enough could possibly prevent pregnancy at a later date. don't worry not pregnant by a finger.

No baby, not unless his fingers are dipped in sperm..minute chances of infection but pregnancy is out of way!! Don't worry!!

No, unless he has been playing in a field or something you won't get infected and it's impossible to get pregnant that way.
