The Crusades were a reaction to the Muslim invasion and conquering of the Jewish homeland and origination point of Christianity.

for the same reason anyone else kills innocent people. You can ask this of Hezbollah, Israel (going back to its creation in 1948), Bush & Co. throughout the "wars" its been fighting, Christians througout time (most notably the Crusades and Inquisition, but it didn't start or stop there), etc.
It is never right to take an innocent life. Never.

The majority of Muslims are not guilty of killing civilians. The radical ones use others as shields and attack innocent civilians instead of taking on the armed forces of Israel. In a very simple caparison it is like bullies having others do their figthting for them, well Iran and Syria are the bullies that are too scared to take on Israel and use misguided terrorist in Hezbollah to attack Israel.

It is the question of why the jews kill the inocent muslim. Every jew killed equavalent to 48 innocent muslim killed which comprises chidren and infant. Killing inocent people is strictly not taught in Islam. Islam comprises a complete life and no other religions are as comprehensive as Islam.

Why do Christians, Jews kill innocent people. You should not generalize. there are bad people in all religion, nations and what ever evil that they do they will pay for it either here or in the here after. Muslims dont like killing innocent people and I am sure neither do christians or the jews. It seems like the end of world is near.

I'm really not sure why Muslims feel the need to try and exterminate non Muslims
instead of taking the violent route they would be better off
sitting down and coming to agreement with the rest of the world
on what they need to do to gain the trust and support of all nations.

I am a Muslim myself, and I am totally against this violence. But you must know that not all Muslims are like that, these are the extremists. Like last year's bombings in Egypt, where innocent Muslims were killed BY Muslims. It's just sad.

well some extreemist say that they are lashing out on racism and discrimination from the west to them they say that people like americans are arrogant and feel superior so they have translated that to mean that america and her friends are fighting islam & and islam justifies fighting for your religion. but the majority of muslims although hurt by the hatred and discrimination thrown their way do not suport terorism
