FYK Yahoo doesn't offer a dial-up account or broad-bond account. It's just an email service. For dial up account u need to get ur local ISP (Internet Service Providers) help.

If you need a dial-up account I would HIGHLY recommend "NetZero" and "Juno" (sister companies by the way.)

Each one gives you 10 COMPLETELY FREE hours a month, however you will have a banner at the top of the page loading adds every so often making the browsing experience a little slower than paid-for-dialup. If that does not concern to you, then go here:

http://www.netzero.com
http://www.juno.com

And look for the download link. Hope this helps.

***Updated***

The actual download page for free NetZero is this one:

http://account.netzero.net/s/landing?group=freecorp&refcd=cj&cf=cj&AID=10388574&PID=771345
