Setting up web pages is both cheap and fairly easy with the multitude of page creators out there. Even if you have someone else do the work, it should not be that bad. I will put up a simple 5 page site for my customers including 1 year hosting and domain for about $375 as will many others.

If you want to do it yourself, probably the better one I've seen is Network Solution's Image Cafe (or something like that -It Network Solutions for sure)

If you sign up for a hosting plan with them (about $20 per month) and get their domain ($35 - a high price) you can get a pretty power web site editor.
