u can use hydrogen peroxide to lighten the hair on ur lip u have to do it daily or every other day.... u can of course wax or shave it off but shaving will just make the hair come back faster and thicker, u can also but a bleaching creme at any pharmacie or retail store. i personally use the peroxide when i need it but not very often.

Wax it or just buy some hair bleach at the store
if you shave it will just come back and even darker

Shave it off.
There is a cream out there that you can get I think from prescription.
Go to Wal-Mart and there are many facial hair removers out there that you can also use.

Noxema skin cream, by the way, is the best shaving thing, for men or women.

go to a salon and get it waxed, don't shave it!! get it professionally done, lasts longer.
