ok so i have this huge zit, not a whitehead yet, but my whole cheek blew up, there is a huge bump like one inch in diameter, will putting ice on it help?

Ice takes the swelling down and reduces the puffiness of the area. It will not get rid of the zit, but it will make the appearance of it less noticeable. Be careful with too many products. They can actually worsen the condition of your skin instead of improving it. Don't touch it and definitely don't PICK it. It will go away on its own soon.....

I doubt that ice will help, but sweating it out in a hot sauna or steam room will. Also, sun lamps or direct sunshine.
The point is, your clogged pore needs to be able to unclog itself.
Ice is for bruises and sore muscles, not for pimples.

you can put toothpaste specifically crest before going to bed it will go down and the redness disappears totally..or you can apply vicks as soon as going to sleep leave over night, by the morning it'll be ready to burst..
