Florence did express her dislike of the relationship in a previous episode, so I wouldn't be surprised if she declined her invite, but who knows why they weren't all there. They may have had previous engagements, or didn't want to be there, who knows?
I don't think they'll last very long - they have so many trust issues already. I hope they prove me wrong, but so many Hollywood marriages are doomed, it'd be a wonder if they survived more than a year.

I think that Flo just doesn't approve of the relationship. Or maybe Adrienne threw a fit, as she always does, and demanded that Flo not be invited.

Because they have lives. I saw the Bachlor party show this weekend. Those two are doomed. Theres no way that marriage will survive.
