Cleanser(C):-It Opens pores(they are very small holes) on face,and cleans whatever dirt has inside pours.
Toner(T):-It tones (means totally cleans walls of pours),and gives little strength to the pours.
Moisturizer(M):-It closes the pores and gives moisturizing the face.
So,If u want see best appearance you have to use three(CTM)

Hi, Yes, you use a toner to. The reason why is to remove any excess cleaner and dirt that may have been left behind from raising. Also it restores the balance of you skins ph for moisture retention. Good luck to you.

The toner is to remove oil from your skin and it also takes anything left on your face from the cleanser.
Toner can dry your skin out though, so be careful if you don't need to be dried out to much.

No, not if your cleanser is one that tones by itself. I use Nutrogena and I never need a separate toner, plus they make me break out. But it may work for you, so try one that's gentle! But I do reccomend using a moisturizer like Olay, that's important!

Toner is just alcohol with a bit of fragrance dear. If you have oily skin and are prone to break outs, I'd use one. If not, it'll dry out your skin so just cleanse and moisturize and be on your way!

not really.....depends on your skin....toner should refresh and tonify your skin but it doesn't really do anythinf good
