1)First of all. People will be put off straight away when you say "Millions". It's a vast over-exageration. It's better to say you have a number of them. Honesty from the start is the most important thing. You may see this as enthusiasm, but let me tell you that potential investors wont. It doesn't matter how enthusiastic you are about your own ideas. The money men will immediately know a products potential and production cost in opposition to profits. How do you think they made their money in the first place.
It's sad, but there are many people with great ideas, nad very often they remain that way. Thos ones that succeed are generally those that go out on a limb and sacrifice nearly everything for a particular idea. It means that part of the development has been footed by the inventor. Perhaps up to prototype. An investor will appreciate the efforts and sacrifices made.
3) You wont get many replies again. It's all about presentation. Thousands of people might approach an investor with that same question. Which one are they going to take seriously? My money is on the one who has gone to extreme lengths to demonstrate their idea/invention, and has sacrificed a lot.
A good idea is to chat with investors about what excites them, without trying to sell them an idea. That way you will learn what you need to do to get noticed :)
2) The job you may be trying to describe is a research scientist.

You've got millions ideas because you are unemployed. Most unemployed people have millions of ideas (millions is an exaggeration rubbish of course), because they have loads of times on their hands to think about various things including suicide. Its good to know you are not there yet, but I suggest forget about all your valuable ideas and get the simple idea of starting somewhere and be content with your first job but you sound too choosy and particular also about the kind of jobs you will consider (honey I shrunk the kid). Please wake up man you are wasting your time. get out there and do anything I mean anything for your first job and then you will see things get better and better and who knows maybe some day you put enough money together to bring one of your ideas into life since right now I dont think anyone wanna know. cheers

Check with your local library or community centre, or anything similiar. I've heard of companies that help out people like yourself who have the ideas, but don't know how to get things started. These companies, safeguard your invention, and patent it as soon as possible.
Be careful, as there are frauds out there.
Even better, try: Complete Idiot's Guide To: New Product Developement. Seriously, this book does exist.
Good luck, and good fortune
ps: mail me when your ready with a cheque

What age are you???
'Honey I shrunk the kids' and 'Dilbert'!
Go and get a proper job and stop smoking all that weed and thinking you can change the world!
If you were that good you would know where to go and who to see!

afraid thats the problem - everyone has ideas - but its only those with the drive/expertise and cash who make a go of things.
If your idea is good enough and you have the drive you will find a backer. Then its all about finding someone with the necessary skills.
ahem...so whats the idea then
