Turns out it was a Polk Award, which I've never heard of.
When he was called on it, he got majorly defensive and p.o'ed. It's a classic O'Reilly tactic. Lie your pasty butt off and then turn into a raging blowhard if you're called on it, to try to scare people away. He's such a schmuck.
