Just two things to follow : 1. When such situation occurs, just leave the place and have fresh air.....and try to remember any lovely song...especially from those oldies.... 2. Keep or develop your hobby in reading, particularly of some light and comic kind.
Hope this will solve at least to some extent.

Before you start to get angry or upset, stop and ask yourself: "Is this something that is truly gonna make any difference next week, next month, or 100 years from now?"

Just keep telling yourself: "100 years from now, we will all be dead and this is not gonna matter to anybody!"

In other words; does it really matter now? Let it go. You'll feel much better.

By keeping your ears shut, many times.
By practicing meditation and controlling your mind.
Last but not the least, minding your self, instead of minding others.

You have to force yourself to listen to the other person. I find sometimes i have short temper and shout at my girlfriend if things are getting on top of me, i regret it as soon as i've done it and apologize straight away.

well, that's a toughy. I'd say just by trying to be patient, and if you know you're upset, or about to be, just take a little bit of time to cool down. that's the best answer I can give....
