Lets take this 1 thing at a time. (1) Does she have fever? - If yes, then go to the doc immideatly. (2) Is she fidgety and or uneasy? - if yes, then could be a stomcah bug or some other infection. (3) If she exhibits no other symptoms ( loose motions etc - which are also a sign of a stomach infection) other than bringing up food then it could be either ( a) She could be teething - My daughter does this every 2 weeks. just before she sprouts teeth she will start vomiting up food etc. only formula stays down. so after the first couple of weeks we got wise and kept her only on formula during the 2-3 days of teething. (b) If you have changed brands / formulation / added any new food etc or if the fod is too lumpy may trigger her gag reflex and cause her to vomit. (3) she hasnt burped properly. Try and feel her stomach - Is it hard and distended ( like when filled with gas? ) or soft and normal ( may not be gas / colic related) In either case ORS is a good stop gap arrangement. keep it going esp after every vomit. Increase the quantity of formula to cover lack of food ( 1 to 2 ounces more per feed should be ok). Most of all , follow your instinct - if your instinct says there is a problem - go to a doc at once. 2nd most important thing is to be calm and not let the stress pass on to your baby. All the best. I know it can be tough.
PS> ANY CHANCE SHE MAY HAVE PUT A FOREIGN OBJECT INTO HER MOUTH AND SWALLOWED IT ACCIDENTALLY?????

Have you called your doctor? Even if they are closed most doctors have an on-call service. Does your baby have a fever? How long has this been going on? What is ORS water? When my kids used to get like this I gave them Pedalite and that almost always worked. Use the real stuff, not the generic, the little tykes appear to know the difference. Mine would never take the generic stuff.

Well, shes sick. Does fever accompany these symptoms? Shes only gonna drink water because she knows tha shes gonna bring up the food. She will probably drink breast milk too, for comfort and if youre still breastfeeding. Yup, get her to the doc ASAP , she probably has a reaction to something she ate, picked up a germ from somewhere or someone. But give her 3/4 teaspoon of muti symptom liquid panadol for kids 3 times a day. Three quarters because of her age. My son is eight months and the doctors always recommend that dosage.

Take her to the emergency room
Whenever your child is sick it is best to take them to the doctor or a hospital for care
I am a mom of 3 and another on the way, when my kids get sick I always take them to the doctor.
I would rather pay for a doctor than to sit online on Yahoo asking a bunch of strangers what could be wrong with my child when I know very well these people have no clue and only making assumptions when a doctor is the best thing for your child right now.
So please take your child to the hospital ASAP

Bring her to the doctors ASAP. My daughter had a slight temp and started to vomit. We brought her right away and it turned out to be an UTI. We were in the hospital for the next four days. The doc said it was good we caught it early. I hope your little one is ok.

Have you upped how much formula you have been giving her or changed the formula?
When I changed my sons formula the first few days he puked it up and when you up the amount of formula you give them it can cause them to throw it up just because thier not use to getting that much but it should only last for a few feeding, if it still last after a few feedings then you are giving them to much and should go back to giving her the amount of formula you were before.

You need to take her to the Dr. today it sounds like she has a stomach virus, and a baby can dehydrate very quick!!!!! Make sure to give as much pedialite as she will take. Wal-mart or your local grocery store sells it. That will keep her hydrated until you can get her to a Dr. GOOD LUCk. Please try to get someone to check her out today it may avoid a hospital stay!!

With a baby that age, she needs to be seen IMMEDIATELY, not tomorrow morning.
And she does not have worms. She's picked up a virus, or possibly a bacterial infection, or she may be manifesting a food allergy.

They're right, don't wait for tomorrow, take her to the doctor, hospital or clinic right away.
Infants are MUCH more prone to dehydration than adults, and waiting may cause serious damage.
