The look on my boss lady's face when my co-worker said she was farting to get air out of her lungs. Made me laugh so hard I cried and boss lady ran the other way!!!! Thanks to the people who invented the electric fan (to blow the stink away) and Thomas Edison for electricity.

I witnessed the same thing happened at my workplace as loving father did.
However, the guy didn't fall. He realized he was leaning back too far and thought he was going to fall, so he quickly came forward with his hands flying in the air in panic.
It was the most funniest thing I ever saw happen at my work

Where I work we have clients who need special drinks that enable them to swallow better. One is thickened milk. A co-worker dropped a glass of this as another worker was walking by. It splashed all over the back of the other workers pants. We didn't tell her she was wearing thickened milk and you can imagine what that looks like on black pants. She had no idea why everyone was snickering when she walked by. No one told her because she was always getting everyone else in trouble. It was a good day :)

Once in a business meeting, with clients present, an associate of mine, who likes to lean back in his chair, leaned back a bit too far, the next thing you knew, he hand nothing but hands and legs flailing in the air as his chair fell all the way backwards. What an embarassing moment for him!
