I dont really belive much in drinking milk and excersizeing for getting taller. my parents are pretty short to its probably genetics. Is there any way i could get taller, or some kind of pills that the doctor will say is safe because my mom wont let me take something without a doctor saying its alright to take it. & is there any side affects?

Most girls continue to grow until they are about 19. There's really nothing you can do about your height. Your genetic makeup will determine that. What you want to do is avoid things that could limit your growth such as unhealthy eating habits. Just live a healthy life and you'll get to whatever height your body is meant to achieve.

that is so funny! my son asked me this same question lastnitght i told him to have patience he is only 12 he has like 9 years more to grow. im pretty sure that males stop growing at the age of 21 and girls at the age of 18. when i was 13 i wanted to be shorter because the guys really seem to like the shorter petite girls. we all want what we cant have! just have patience and eat vegatables and stay away from cafein :)

If you are 13, you do have a few years to grow yet...you may be surprised. But, you can't fight your genes...they are what they are.
Standing up straight & wearing the right clothes can make you look taller, then there are high heels...
Sorry...

You seem pretty normal for your age. Plus girls are usually small. You could grow taller during puberty, so don't worry.
