I would say country which is initiating terrorism, from my knowledge, one and only country to be corrected is "PAKISTAN".
Indian government can take action like "Israel" but considering innocent people lives, they are not taking this kind of violent decisions.
If Pakistan completely suppress the terrorism, their economy will grow up, they don't have to beg money from any countries.
For last year earth quake, Indian government (& people) helped them a lot. Indian STAR cricket players played some games for collecting the relief funds for Pakistan. Even few weeks back also, in London oval ground, the earth quake relief fund collection match was going on for Pakistani victims, during the same period two major bomb blasts in India (based on the news sites, there is a Pakistan connection), what kind of people are living in Pakistan and how come they are encouraging these of activities? "GOD only knows the answer for these questions"

Israel would be a tempting target. It would improve the world so much if *poof* they were gone. But the first answerer probably has it right. In the end, China is the bigger threat to my race.
I'd enjoy removing Israel more than I'd enjoy removing China, but duty before pleasure.
If there were one, and only one, country in the world that I could preserve, at present it would be Russia. Sixty-five years ago, I'd have picked Germany.
