It is gonna sound yuk lol......
But I have heard that Haemorrhoid cream is meant to lighten the skin under the eye!
LOL I said it would sound yukky.
Good luck
Or try applying your (in this order) foundation, under eye concealer and powder (translucent) to seal it and stop it fading. Remember to blend in well and always set with powder. To finish dust with a large dusting brush and bronzer lightly to darken tone if too light.

Lots of water to drink, stop smoking, eat 5 portions of fresh fruit and veg each day, a good nights' sleep, for a quick remedy, try Touch Eclat by Yves S Laurent, last time I bought one was about £20, is wonderful for covering and masking imperfections such as spots, and dark circles

i can help you with this. this happens from water or something going to your blood vessels. go to bed earlier of course and get at leasdt 7 hours of sleep. use an extra pillow so the fluid wont stay in ur eyes.try using ice for a minute or 2 in the morning also
you'll have fresh eyes in no time

Same prob - just got to bed early, drink less, watch less tv, go on yahoo answers less and drink less tea/coffee....basically give up the good life!
BUT there are various creams available especially for under eye dark circles and puffiness.

There's lots of creams for this and cucumber slices help but a good tip for when you're wearing make up is to put white eyeshadow over them you'd be surprised it works really well.
