There isn't really any tips. Just realize that he loves you and wants to be with you and if he didn't then he wouldn't be with you anymore. Besides you can't stop him from doing anything if he really wants to, so jsut relax. The more jealous you are the more it will damage your relationship.

Hello Pechykeek, this is not an easy one to get over but I am familiar with it. You have to tell yourself that you are the only one for your husband! You just need more self confidence!
I would guess that your husband finds you to be the most beautiful lady in the world! You need to remember this and know that he only has eyes for you. Yes, he may occasionally stare at other beautiful ladies and this is ok! It's also ok for you to start at great looking men too! One thing you can try to help with your self confidence is invite your husband out to dinner or tell him that your going to make a romantic meal for the two of you.
Put on something that YOU feel sexy in! Look at yourself in the mirror and be proud of what you see! Have fun with him at dinner, talk about positive things and notice how he is paying attention to YOU! As you gain more self confidence, your jealousy will slowly go away.
Good luck

I can relate to you because I have the same problem. I ve been with my bf for 6 in half years, and its gotten better but I am still very jealous. When he tells you that your beautiful believe him and feel worthy about yourself. If not he would have not married you. I am sure that when I have my kids I am going to grow out of this. I am not going to have time to be thinking about if he;s looking at another woman. Good Luck!

You have to become more self-sufficient which means you need to develop things about yourself that you are proud of truly because then you won't get jealous so quickly. Being jealous implies that there are things you aren't happy with about yourself, if you are secure then you won't worry about being jealous because there won't be a need for it.

When you find out let me know. Trust issues can break a relationship. Sometimes it's hard specially when they have strayed before. Trust is something that has to be earned and then re-earned if it is broken.

it's called a self-esteem....if you know for sure that your husband is trustworthy, then it pretty much boils down to insecurites in yourself.

If you can't trust him, you should not have married him.
Try counseling.
