go to your local vitamin store.They have products designed to put on weight.There are also good foods that contain the good fats,such as avocados,pasta,bread potatoes.cook your food in olive oil.These are all good fats meant to be eaten in small portions.You can increase the portions.I must say though,many people would like to be in your place.

Weight gainers like shakes that you get at GNC or whereever. Keep in mind that you need to work out too or you'll just get fat. Do more resistance than cardio but don't stop the cardio totally.

Drink two slimfast shakes a day, plus whatever other normal food you eat. I know slim fast sounds wierd, but it works.
