On the Cingular Go Phone, why do it take up your money when someone call you and you do not answer the phone or when the power is cut off and someone call you and you do not answer it?

Cingular has the most expensive prepaid plan out there. You should have gone with T Mobile.
Cingular basically charges you $1 everyday you turn it on and that of course takes away from the amount of minutes you have to acutally use for talking.
