NOOOOOOO they cheated in every single game. materazzi should have been carded in the final, and the aussie game was a shocka. The aussies should have won... in all of the other games, they were just intimidating and they fowled. they just had more experience at opening up the defence but did they deserve it? No, they fowled, dove, and played injured to stop the other team from making a run. They make me sick... The aussies could have gone through to at least the german game, and if the italians beat them, then the aussies could have beaten them too. france would have been easy. And australia could have beaten brazil, or at least tied them. They had more opportunities and they were VERY close. Kewell had two great cahnces of scoring he just screwed them up...

They played ugly ball. Defense and taunting
France and Brazil have better teams but Italy did the best at what they have. It would have been better to see the outcome with Zidane in the game but .... strategy works so yes Italy is the world's best team.
