You should know that there is no "one" vitamin or natural supplement that will remedy your problem. In fact what you need is a combination of the right vitamin & minerals and in the right dosage. ..... There is an organisation that has a web site that specifically helps people with this sort of disease through the use of vitamin/mineral supplements. They will work with your doctor, if possible, and there is not a problem with taking these supplements in combination with psychiatric medications,.. but you may find that the supplements free you from needing medication. .... The web site is; truehope.com .... They are located in Canada. Check them out. I have known others who have been helped tremendously by these folks.
BE WELL ..

bi-polar definetly needs prescription depending if your bi-polar 1 or 2... if money is a problem then talk to your doctor about getting aid for paying for the meds. add can be controlled by relaxing yourself at times of hyperness. try focusing on breathing while listening to some calm music. no not just classical music, but like nature sounds and stuff.

Flax seed oil that is cold pressed does help with nervous disorders. When you take vitamins just make sure that you have a standerized bottle. And a good balance of all the B's . Check out www.edgarcayce.org and research on the site about your disorder. Best of luck!
