Can anyone tell me what the entertainment factor in these advertisements i keep seeing on tv and hear on the radio are? They dont make sense, are not funny, and it seems odd they are promoting their CEO for an American Car Company with a heavy German accent and keep mentioning his German heritage...

It's evident you're going to pick someone who hates the commercials or Daimler-Chrysler in general.

eh I find the commercials amusing, what exactly about them doesn't make sense? He's posed a question, he answers it, highlighting the fetures of their cars, with silly jokes and humor thrown in. The concept isn't that hard to grasp.

Yes...what the heck is his name...Dr. Drikiz Zeed or something? It is really annoying. Almsost as annoying as Dolfter Roufs commercials...cause it spound almost like Doctor Roufs, until he or she (whatever it is) says in that goofy sounding accent - "I'm Dolfter Roufs and please try my ..."

BUT yes, the Dr. Dreickid Zeed commercials are very annoying too.

its because daimler chrysler is joined wtih Mercedes Benz and that is there CEO. all tehre trying to do is get you to realize what they have to offer in there vehicles. thats all.

it is a verry strange way to tell the public that dimlar chrisler and mersadys bens had merged but it is origanal i guess
