The worst thing that freaked me out was seeing living worms in my bowl of Quaker oatmeal. I dumped the two little pouches of instant oatmeal in a glass filled with boiling water then I realized something was moving. When I realized what it was I almost didn't eat any breakfast and stop eating oatmeal for a year! Happened to me again with toast! As if the little bugs I've found got out of their eggs with the help of heat.
