ok thanks... but where can I find pictures?

I was trying to find out if she did as well and went directly to the Miss Universe website. Under her photos her presentation gown didn't show her wearing the Project Runway Gown. It's a red one-shoulder gown. But Shukeken's link show's her wearing it.

You can see that the dress is pretty much faithful to Kayne's design, even the purplish iridescent color!

She did. The dress was probably altered to fit her body and it looked so much better than when the model was wearing it (of course it still looked pretty on the model, not trying to take away from her). She looked really beautiful in it. She represented the USA very well. I really wanted her to win but she still did good placing 5th. I am proud of her.
