You'll first need an undergraduate degree. I'd recommend biology, sciences, etc. 4 years.

Then, you'll need a medical degree. 4 years.

Then, you'll serve as an intern. 1 - 3 years.

Then, you'll serve as a resident. Anywhere from a few years to a lifetime.

Then, you'll be an attending. Until you retire.

You have to be really smart. Get your undergrad in biology or human physiology. You must pass the MCAT and attend med school. During med school you will take the general requirements to be a physician. When you graduate med school, you have to do a 3 year residency at a hospital. You must do another 3 years to specialize.

Um.......I think you should pick out what university you want to attend, then check their course regimen. All schools are different. Having just graduated from college, that sounds like the common sense thing to do!!
