guppies are small fish which when adults are about 1-1 1/2 inch in length. the male guppy is more colorful than the female and has a much larger tail fin. these fish are livebearers, meaning theier young do not hatch from eggs, instead they come out swimming. because of this, they are very easy to breed. many people choose to breed guppys in order to use them as food for some bigger fish. they are freshwater fish that are very easy to take care of, as long as you only have a single sex. since they are such prolific breeders, having a male and female pair can create problems. they tend to give birth every 30 days, give or take. and if u jave a pair, they WILL breed. thats about it i guess
:-)

Guppies are very small fish. We use them for feeder fish for our large red devil fish. From what I hear they multiply like rabbits.
