Where were the ancient nations of Meshech and Tubal located in reference to modern geography?

Ok, so I found out that Tubal and Meshech were ancestors of the Georgians, Basques, and Iberians, which are the French, Spanish, etc. But where were the people located?

It sucks, I'm answering my own question...so Persia=Iran, and the Lebanese Hezbolah comes from the Persians as well, with ties to Shia. Cush appears to be Ethiopia, Lybia, and Egypt.

Put also appears to be associated with Lybia and the Persians.

Actually Meshech, and Tubal are said to be located in modern day Russia. Although some Modern day Russians are probably descended from them you also have Swedish tribes like the Rus settling in that area.
