trying to get pregnant but cant!!!?

I'm trying to get PG but cant!! so my doctor told me to take my temp every morning and he gave me a piece of papper with a graph on it. I'm so confused what exactly am I sapposed to watch for? does it mean i am ovulating when it is high or low? how high is it sapposed to be or how low is it sapposed to be? anyone have any aswers for me PLEASE HELP!!!

This web site says something about it but you should really relax if you have been trying for over a year then it might be time to see a fertility specialist, if not them the best way to get pregnant is to realx and let your body do the work. When it is ready it will take. If you can calaulate your ovulation time then do it and have sex every day that week LOL! You can go on line to like ivillage.com and get ovulation calendars. Doctor advice you to take your temperature daily and make a graph, this is one of the method to find out particular date on which your ovulation is optimum. you just note down the temp. after 5th day of period beginning. Find out the date on which temp is maximum and in the next month try for pregnancy on the particular date. Hope u will get successful result. If it fails then inform me i will suggest some other method which may help you

First of all, you have to have sex or have someone insert sperm into you. That is usually the easist way to do it.

Second, the graph is probably one about apple production over a 5 year period. Disregard it.

Third make sure you are AT LEAST 18 years of age, or even 12 in your case, and then try.

Keep trying. Get some fertility pills and light some candles and make trying fun!

also, they sell ovulation kits. They're a little expensive but worth it in the long run. Plus, when you're done with it, you could donate it to a friend who's trying.

the highest the graph, the higher chance u become pg. so hav se_x when the graph is high. hope u success. make sure do a good foreplay before make love. make urself wet enough before letting ur hubbby enter. ask him work harder. try ask him practice his pc muscle in order to produce more sperms.eat more eggs day b4 do it.good luck

ok, try this.

1. Get a calendar
2. Encircle the DATE of the FIRST DAY of your LAST MENSTRUAL PERIOD.
3. count onwards for 13 more days. you need to have contact on that very day.
4. for best results, you also need to have contact for all 3 days prior to that day as well as the 3 days after that day.

ok, 14 days after your period ENDS is the best time to get pregnant... he gave you an ovulation chart.. u are ovulating 14 days after your cycle ends. that is the best time to try to get pregnant... and remember, the MORE times you try, the MORE chance you have!
